Founded in October 2011, BASYC Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through life skills training and mentorship. Our mission is to provide young individuals with the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to navigate the challenges of adolescence and emerge as responsible, resilient adults. 

 
At BASYC Inc., we believe that every young person has the potential to thrive. Our programs are designed to cultivate essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork. Through hands-on workshops, interactive activities, and one-on-one mentorship, we help youth build a strong foundation for success in both their personal and professional live 

 We envision a world where all youth have access to the resources and support they need to achieve their dreams. By fostering a sense of community and responsibility, BASYC Inc. aims to inspire young people to make positive choices and contribute meaningfully to society. 

 Our diverse range of programs caters to the specific needs of the youth we serve. From workshops that focus on self-esteem and career readiness to mentorship initiatives that connect students with positive role models, we are committed to meeting our participants where they are and helping them grow. Our programs are educational driven which is why we honor the "no pass, no play" rule. The scholar-athlete must maintain a 70% average or above to participate in BASYC programs. 

 BASYC diverse range of sporting events   

 are a co-ed program and the participating organization can have an unlimited number of players on the official roster with a minimum of 4 females per 10 players, 2 females per 6 players and 1 female per 3 players. BASYC will attempt to accommodate scheduling if your organization has an all boy or girl team and there’s enough similar teams for play in the sporting event. All team members must be in organizational attire.
